If your project is time-sensitive, please mention your deadline in the message and we'll prioritise accordingly.

    Useful details include your 3D file or drawing (STL, STEP, DXF, etc.), preferred material or process if known, required quantity, any tolerance or surface finish requirements, and your desired delivery timeline. If you don't have all of this, share what you have and we'll guide you through the rest.

    Absolutely. We welcome client visits to our Henderson Industrial Park facility. You're welcome to see our equipment, discuss your project in person, and collect finished parts directly. We recommend arranging a visit in advance so the right team member is available.

    There is no minimum order quantity on most of our services. We regularly produce single-unit prototypes alongside large production batches. Whether you need one part or a thousand, reach out and we'll provide a straightforward quote.
