From rapid prototypes to functional end-use parts, bring your designs to life with industrial-grade 3D printing across FDM, SLA, SLS, SLM, and MJF technologies. Precision, speed, and material choice you can rely on.
3D printing transforms digital designs into physical parts layer by layer, enabling geometries, lead times, and unit economics that traditional manufacturing simply cannot match. Whether you need a single concept prototype by tomorrow or a batch of functional end-use components, additive manufacturing delivers.
At 3D Specialist, we operate across five industrial-grade technologies, FDM, SLA, SLS, SLM, and MJF, covering thermoplastics, engineering polymers, resins, and metal alloys. We help engineers, product designers, and manufacturers across Singapore select the right process for their material, tolerance, and budget requirements.
Every job is reviewed by our team before printing begins. We'll flag DFM issues, recommend material substitutions where appropriate, and ensure your files are print-ready before a single layer is laid down. End-to-end service from file to finished part.

Extrusion-based thermoplastic printing
The most versatile industrial process for strong, functional thermoplastic parts. Layer-by-layer material extrusion produces durable components suitable for everything from concept models to structural end-use parts. FDM offers the widest material selection of any additive process, from commodity plastics to high-performance engineering grades.
Laser-cured resin, ultra-high detail
A UV laser cures liquid resin layer by layer, producing the highest surface quality and finest detail of any print process. Ideal for intricate concept models, presentation prototypes, dental and medical applications, and any part where surface finish and dimensional accuracy are paramount.
Powder bed fusion, no support structures
A high-powered laser sinters thermoplastic powder layer by layer, creating strong, durable parts without any support structures. The unfused powder acts as its own support, enabling complete design freedom for complex geometries, internal features, and nested assemblies that other processes cannot achieve.
Full-density metal parts from powder
A high-power laser fully melts metal powder to produce dense, structural metal components with exceptional accuracy and material properties comparable to wrought metal. SLM enables complex internal geometries, channels, lattices, and undercuts, that are impossible with traditional CNC machining or casting workflows.
Fusing & detailing agents, isotropic strength
HP's Multi Jet Fusion uses fusing and detailing agents combined with heat to produce watertight, dimensionally accurate plastic parts without support structures. MJF achieves isotropic mechanical properties, consistent strength in all directions, making it the preferred choice for functional end-use parts and production batches at scale.
Upload your 3D file in STL, STEP, OBJ, or any major CAD format. Our team reviews the geometry for printability, checks wall thicknesses and tolerances, and flags any issues before production begins, so there are no surprises at delivery.
We select the optimal print orientation, support strategy, and process parameters for your chosen technology. Parts are printed on industrial-grade machines with consistent, repeatable quality, whether you need one unit or a full production batch.
Printed parts are cleaned, support-removed, and post-processed as required, from basic cleaning to sanding, priming, painting, or electroplating. Final parts are inspected for dimensional accuracy before delivery or collection at our Henderson facility.
A selection of real 3D printed parts produced by our team, from metal components and carbon fibre kits to custom housings and industrial fixtures.
Share your 3D file along with material preferences, tolerances, intended application, and quantity. The more context you give us, the faster we can quote.
Our engineers review your file for printability and recommend the best technology and material. You receive a clear quote with options before any commitment.
Parts are printed, post-processed, and inspected in-house. We check dimensions and surface quality before any part leaves our facility.
Parts are delivered to your door or ready for collection. Our team remains available post-delivery for any follow-up or repeat orders.
Our 3D printing capabilities serve a diverse range of sectors, each with its own material, tolerance, and application requirements.
Upload your file and tell us your requirements, we'll recommend the right technology and material, and get you a quote fast.
