The right technology depends on your material requirements, dimensional tolerances, surface finish expectations, and end-use application. As a general guide: FDM suits functional thermoplastic parts; SLA excels for high-detail resin models; SLS/MJF are ideal for strong, support-free nylon parts; SLM produces full-density metal components. Share your requirements with our team and we'll recommend the best fit before you commit.

Dimensional accuracy varies by technology. SLA achieves resolutions as fine as 20 microns for very high detail. FDM and SLS typically hold tolerances of ±0.2–0.5mm depending on part geometry and size. MJF and SLM achieve excellent dimensional accuracy for functional and end-use applications. If you have specific tolerance requirements, let us know and we'll confirm which process can meet them.

Yes. We regularly handle single-unit prototypes for design validation as well as production runs of hundreds or thousands of parts, especially via MJF and SLS which are designed for scalable batch output. There's no minimum order quantity for most services. Contact us with your quantity and timeline requirements and we'll provide a competitive quote.

Yes. We offer a full range of post-processing options including support removal, sanding, priming, painting, and electroplating through our in-house post-processing service. Whether you need a presentation-ready appearance model or a plated metal finish on a printed part, we can handle it as part of the same order.

Absolutely. This is one of our most popular combined workflows, we 3D scan the existing object using our Peel 3D scanner, reverse-engineer it into a CAD model, and then print the replacement or modified version.
